IPL Summary
A hand-piece delivers a computer-controlled flash of light to the surface of the skin that heats and destroys the target, after which it is slowly absorbed naturally by the body.
A single treatment typically requires several dozen flashes, and a course of 3-12 treatments will usually be required, depending on the condition, typically a couple of months apart.
One of the side effects of the treatment — and we’re not making this up — is rejuvenation from the stimulation of collagen production and tightening of elastin fibers, resulting in younger-looking and more toned skin.
And just to reassure you, we are not only manufacturer trained, but also have advanced training in Laser and IPL treatments, UK-purchased CE-marked equipment, and are fully insured.
